Changes in customer service opening times between 1st
April 2024 & 31st October 2024
During the period between 1st April and 31st October
we will be operating with reduced hours in the office due to maternity leave.
During this period we may be running at a slightly slower response time to
usual but will do our absolute best to keep up to Meghan's high standards! We
are just a small team, and will be covering Meghan's workload internally
between us whilst she is off, because of this we have made some changes to our
phone line opening times due to Daisy & Aimee's commitments to school pick
ups & drop offs etc.
Whilst we will do our best to respond to all emails as
quickly as possible, it would be really helpful if your email is time sensitive
(i.e needing a gift for a specific/fast approaching day) to please use the word
URGENT in the subject line!
Phone line & email opening times
Monday: 10am - 1pm
Tuesday: 10am - 3pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
Thursday: 10am - 3pm
Friday: phone line not manned
We will change these opening times again after July, and do
not fear, Meg will be back after she's had some time off.
Please note our warehouse will remain operational every day
as normal and dispatch times will not be affected.
