Pre-Order Information

We know there is a huge demand for the iconic Myakka furniture range that has always been, offering it on a pre-order basis means

-       We can make it more affordable to you (25% OFF ALL pre-order products)
-       We never have items sat in our warehouse that don’t sell (which used precious resources to get here)
-       We can offer a much wider range (so you have the choice to get the product you really want and will cherish).

How it works

- Pre order products will be offered with a huge 25% off discount.
- Once the pre order window closes, the items will go into the production stage, where each piece will be handmade specifically for you.
- We give our suppliers a 12 week window to handmake all the pieces that have been ordered.
- Often, the pieces will be ready sooner than this, but we don’t like to put pressure on our suppliers as sometimes there can be bad weather or religious festivals which can slow things down. Once all the pieces are ready, they will be shipped, which takes up to 5 weeks.
- We’ll update you at each step of the way so you can keep track of your products progress.
- Once it arrives with us, we’ll contact you to arrange a two man delivery of your hand chosen piece.

Terms

Cancellation Policy & Non-refundable deposits

Any order placed for a pre-order item can be cancelled or returned as per our standard policies, however as each item will have been specifically ordered for you, 25% of what you have paid is classed as a deposit, and will not be refundable unless cancellation occurs before production has started (you cancel before the existing pre-order window closes)

Time frames

Whilst we will always do our best to ensure we meet the above stated timeframes, sometimes delays beyond our control may be experienced. Should this be the case we will ensure we keep you up to date at all stages of the process. If an order becomes delayed for more than 8 weeks past the specified delivery date, if you wish to cancel you will be entitled to a full refund.
